The Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Neopuff Infant T-Piece resuscitator is an easy-to-use resuscitator unit suitable for labour and delivery wards, postnatal wards, operating rooms, transport, special care baby units and Neonatal Intensive Care Units. The Neopuff Infant T-Piece Resuscitator is a manulally operated, gas-powered resuscitator designed to provide breaths at a set flow with consistent Peak Inspiratory Pressure (PIP) and Positive End Expiratory Pressure (PEEP) to infants.

  • Optimal Resuscitation: current resuscitation guidelines recommend the use of a T-piece device with the potential benefits of achieving controlled target PIP and delivering consistent PEEP to help establish Functional Residual Capacity (FRC) and improve lung volume.
  • Easy to use: The experience, training, concentration and fatigue level of the operator do not affect the pressures delivered.
  • Flexibility in operation: The Neopuff can accept and delivery oxygen concentrations from 21%-100% coming from a flow meter or blender. The T-Piece Circuit can connect to infant resuscitation masks or ET tubes.
  • Accurate Pressure Delivery: the fast-acting manometer provides constant reassurance of mask seal and delivered PIP and PEEP.
  • Alternate Temporary Respiratory Support: consistent PEEP can be delivered to assist breathing during transport or ventilator circuit change.
  • Various convenient mounting options including mounting onto a pole, wall, rail, infant warmer and incubator.
  • Medical Quality Manometer: Measures and displays accurate pressures, fast acting needle and easy-to-read dial.
  • Gas outlet: allows for secure and easy connection of F&P T-Piece Circuits.
  • PIP control: improved adjustment rate with faster transition between pressure settings, and allows fine settings for exact pressures.
